Jay leads a dedicated team of lawyers and professionals committed to the transition and success of professional athletes. He has extensive experience representing players and coaches, focusing on draft preparation, training, marketing, and financial success. Jay is an NFLPA Certified Agent and a member of the National Sports Lawyers Association. He is a founding member and Managing Member of MGC, a regional insurance defense firm. Jay represents businesses and individuals in a variety of matters including contract negotiations, employment matters, business development, and strategic planning.

Eric brings a proven track record in organizational development and building high-performing teams to MGC Sports. Residing in Orlando, FL, his experience is rooted in executive leadership, most recently serving as CEO of the consumer product company, Corkcicle, following successful roles leading sales teams in the medical device market. Eric's deep business acumen and strategic insight will be instrumental in helping MGC Sports build a powerful brand presence, equip athletes with essential business knowledge, and forge key partnerships across high school, college, and corporate sectors. He holds a B.S. in Marketing from Clemson University.

Nicole holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Texas Tech University and an MBA – the only soccer specific professional degree in the world - from the University of Liverpool. She is an NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor who has had an eclectic career in North America and Europe spanning various industries such as healthcare technology, consulting, operations, and marketing. Nicole is a member of The National Society of Black Sports Professionals, Women in Soccer, and Women in Football. Nicole joined MGC Sports from the U.S. Soccer Federation in 2022 and co-leads our Football representation business and focuses on expanding our marketing portfolio for our clients.

Myles Solomon brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record to his role as the leader of the Coaches Division at MGC Sports. Myles has represented coaches in various sports including football, basketball and other college and professional sports. His clients include assistant coaches, position coaches, coordinators, strength and conditioning professionals, athletic trainers, and head coaches. He has also represented assistant and head athletic directors. Myles has established himself as a trusted advocate and strategist in the sports management world.

Myles’ journey in representing elite coaching talent was profoundly shaped by his mentorship under Craig Kelly, the nation's first coaches' agent. This invaluable guidance has equipped him with unparalleled insights into the evolving landscape of coaching contracts, career development, and negotiation excellence.

Dusty Bennett brings over 16 years of experience in athletics leadership to MGC Sports, joining the team after a highly successful tenure as Deputy Athletic Director and Chief Operating Officer at Tennessee State University. Throughout his career, Dusty has built a reputation for strategic leadership, program development, and operational excellence, making him uniquely equipped to guide coaches and athletes through the complex world of collegiate and professional sports.

At Tennessee State University, Dusty oversaw all facets of the athletic department’s day-to-day operations, including direct supervision of football, golf, ice hockey, and key support services. He managed multi-million-dollar budgets, led major capital projects, negotiated high-profile contracts, and implemented sustainable growth initiatives to position programs for long-term success.

Dusty’s diverse experience spans leadership roles at Georgia State University, University of New Mexico, and The Mount Vernon School. His expertise in building relationships and fostering collaboration earned him a place on the National Football League’s College Football Administrator Committee, a national group working to improve player pathways and collegiate engagement. He is a Certified Athletic Administrator from the National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association and a Graduate of the National Association for Academic Advisors for Athletics Professional Development Institute.

Now at MGC Sports, Dusty applies his extensive background to represent and support coaches and players. His work focuses on career advancement, contract negotiations, recruiting strategy, and branding, helping clients not only achieve success on the field but also prepare for long-term personal and professional growth.

A former NCAA Division I baseball student-athlete, Dusty holds both a Master’s in Sport Administration and a Bachelor’s in Art History (Cum Laude) from Georgia State University. He resides in Brentwood, TN, with his wife, Reanna, and their four children, where his passion for family, integrity, and athlete development continues to guide his work.

Judah is the son of College Football HOF & Tampa Bay Buccaneers Linebacker, Jeff Davis. Judah grew up around football his entire life and played College Football with his twin brother at the same College their father attended - Clemson University. Judah would go on to play in three National Championship games winning two. His football career would end with a Rookie Mini Camp tryout with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Graduating in 3 years with a degree in Marketing and a minor in psychology really set Judah up for future success in Corporate America. He spent three years in sales before returning back to sports and joining MGC. Judah has a passion for player development and helping young men chase their dreams while helping them develop holistically.

Player Agent, Football

Nate joins MGC from a traditional law firm, where his legal practice included mergers & acquisitions and general corporate work for his clients. He also provided counsel to colleges, universities, collectives, and athletes as a member of the firm’s sports practice group. Nate earned his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he served as the Executive Articles Editor for the Florida Entertainment & Sports Law. While at UF, Nate spent time with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Florida, and the PGA TOUR.

Prior to law school, Nate served for more than five years as a U.S. Naval Surface Warfare Officer, earning the rank of Lieutenant. His tours of duty include service aboard three amphibious warfare ships. During his time on active duty, Nate earned his M.S. in Sports Management with a focus in Administration from Liberty University. Finally, Nate obtained his B.S. in Economics from the United States Naval Academy, where he was a member of the Navy Football team.
