Nate joined MGC from a traditional law firm, where he handled mergers and acquisitions, corporate matters, and advised colleges, collectives, and athletes through the firm’s sports practice group. He earned his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, gaining experience with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Florida and the PGA TOUR. Before law school, Nate served over five years as a U.S. Naval Surface Warfare Officer, achieving the rank of Lieutenant and completing tours on three amphibious ships. He holds an M.S. in Sports Management from Liberty University and a B.S. in Economics from the U.S. Naval Academy.
