Alan is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and the Pepperdine University School of Law. He is an NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor and a member of the Kentucky Bar Association. Since graduating law school in 2005, Alan has worked exclusively in athlete management. He serves as an advisory board member and consultant for ONE HOPE Wine & Coffee, K-Tenn Capital and The Charity Network.
Jay leads a dedicated team of lawyers and professionals committed to the transition and success of professional athletes. He has extensive experience representing players and coaches, focusing on draft preparation, training, marketing and financial success. Jay is an NFLPA Certified Agent and a member of the National Sports Lawyers Association. He is a founding Member and Managing Member of MGC, a regional insurance defense firm. Jay represents businesses and individuals in a variety of matters including contract negotiations, employment matters, business development and strategic planning.
Darius first attained multi-platinum status in the music industry as the lead singer of the GRAMMY award-winning band Hootie & the Blowfish. He has since released four solo country albums. All four have debuted at #1 on the Billboard Country albums chart and have collectively produced six No. 1 singles. Darius won his third GRAMMY award for Best Solo Country Performance in 2014. Darius focuses on helping our clients prepare for and respond to the challenges of notoriety and wealth.
As one of only five NFLPA Certified Contract Advisors with NFL personnel experience, Kyle has an insider’s network of contacts with a thorough knowledge of the game. Kyle focuses solely on getting each MGC Sports client in a position to succeed on and off the field while maximizing his client’s contract value during their career. He graduated from and played football for the University of Oklahoma. He has experience as the Scouting and Player Personnel Assistant for the San Francisco 49ers and the Director of Football Operations for Ole Miss in 2007 when he was 25 years old, which was the youngest in major college football at that time. He has also served as the Coordinator of Football Operations for the University of Tennessee.
Brian graduated from the University of Memphis with a degree in Business and Sports Management and has been a certified contract advisor with the NFLPA since 2000. He has represented multiple NFL Pro Bowlers and worked with some of the biggest names in sports, including NBA Hall-of-Famer Scottie Pippen and the late NFL Hall-of-Famer Reggie White. Brian joined MGC Sports after spending a decade as a member of Rep 1 Sports Group, which represented a dozen first round NFL Draft picks and negotiated over $1 billion in NFL contracts during his time with the agency. In 2001, Brian was the youngest agent certified by the NFLPA to have a client selected in the NFL Draft when the Atlanta Falcons selected Vanderbilt LB Matt Stewart in the fourth round. In 2003, NBA legend Scottie Pippen turned to Brian for representation, resulting in Pippen's much-anticipated return to the Chicago Bulls. Brian is well-versed in every aspect of representing professional athletes and is always available for MGC Sports clients and their families for advice and support.

A former high school All-American, UCLA Bruins linebacker and University of Oregon Law School graduate, Sean is regarded as one of the most qualified and respected agents in the business. Since becoming an NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor in 2005, Sean has represented multiple first round draft picks ranging from the 8th to 28th overall pick in the NFL Draft. Sean’s career began in the NFL as a player personnel executive for the San Francisco 49ers and later the Green Bay Packers. During this time Sean developed an expertise in player evaluation, salary cap assessment, contract negotiation, scouting and roster management, which enables him to advise MGC Sports clients based on knowledge only someone with NFL executive experience can possess.
Mario is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, where he was captain of the golf team. He played professionally for 17 years on various tours, including the PGA Tour. Mario focuses on player development and is able to offer a perspective that only a former pro can.
Matt graduated from the University of Florida with a BS in Applied Physiology & Kinesiology. He spent six years working for the Callaway Golf & Odyssey Golf Companies as a Pro Tour Representative with duties including scouting, recruiting and endorsement contract negotiation. At MGC Sports, Matt focuses on player management and support.

At MGC Sports, Ryan focuses on maximizing each client's endorsement and appearance fee income. Ryan's past experience includes overseeing on-site activation for BMW while working at Octagon, sponsorship sales for the AT&T National PGA Tour event on behalf of the Tiger Woods Foundation and sponsorship sales and management for NFL Players, Inc., which included management of their Proctor & Gamble, FedEx, Ford, Barclays and Pepsi accounts. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a BA in Sports Management and earned a master's degree in Sport Industry Management from Georgetown University. He has served as an adjunct professor at Georgetown University, teaching graduate level sports marketing.
